Wasn't sure, thanks for the clarifications, apparently they are
both
related to ICU, but CLDR has more terms (Time Zone names, Country names,
Languages names, etc.).
Well glibc also have language names, time zone names, country names etc. I think ICU also
can handle
glibc data, but the glibc data are primarily made for the POSIX/C style way of doing
internationalization,
and has a lot of influence from the Linux world.
