Sziasztok!
2000 óta használom a linuxot (jaj, ne kérdezzétek, melyik disztriket), a
Fedora-t meg RedHat-ként is ismertem meg. Igazándiból a Fedora 19
győzőtt meg arról, hogy ez tényleg a nekem legmegfelelőbb
összeállítás. Szóval, sokat használtam, sokat profitáltam a
FOSS-közösség munkájából, valamit vissza szerettem volna adni. ennek a
legproblémamentesebb módja számomra a fordítás/ honosítás.
dolgozom. Jelenleg a Hamburgi egyetem külügyi főosztályán vagyok
Tibor

Self-Introduction: Tibor Attila ANCA - Hungarian
by Anca Tibor Attila
Hello,
I just joined the Fedora Project. And here are my details:
Name: Tibor Attila ANCA (Mr.), I usually use Tibor. Though I am born in
Romania (as ethnic Hungarian, I currently live in Lehrte, Germany (small
twon next to Hanover). Currently I work at the University of Hamburg
(Department of International Affairs). My FAS username is "ancatibor". I
plan to translate into Hungarian.
Moving back and forth between different distros, finally Fedora
convinced me. Currently, localization is the only possible way for me to
give the community something back. I also could imagine some engagement
in other projects, like documentation, but later.
And, yes:
KeyID 2E695805
Fingerprint 4603 40B0 924A A7F2 64FF DBEA 339E 48B2 2E69 5805
So, I only have to find now the list of the Hungarian Team.
Regards,
Tibor

my short introduction
by Thomas Heinze
Hello Members,
my name is Thomas and I live in Stuttgart, Germany. My first contact
with Fedora was an old RedHat 8.0 and I used this Distribution until
Fedora Core 3. After that I touched a little the Debian and FreeBSD
Univers. Two years ago I returned to RedHat as an Scientific Linux
User.
I like to observe the translation from English to German a little to get
in touch with the Fedora Project. At this time I do not have any special
interests for translating items (software or documentation). First of
all I have to follow all the steps to become a Member of the Fedora
Community.
My login to FAS is "whitesox" and my public PGP-Key is attached to this
mail. I hope we will get in touch with some time.
Best regards from Germany,
Thomas

The Fedora Localization Project
 Fedora
The goal of the Fedora Localization Project (FLP) is to bring everything around Fedora (the Software, Documentation, Websites and culture) closer to local communities (countries, languages and in general cultural groups). Usually this involves doing translations via PO files but is certainly not limited to that.

L10N
is an abbreviation of the term "Localization" by means of a so called numeronym, a way of replacing the middle letters of a word (in case 'ocalizatio') by naming the number of letters between the first and last letter of that word (in case 10): Localization
