Summary: Update Transifex instance to version 0.7 or greater
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=527327
Summary: Update Transifex instance to version 0.7 or greater
Product: Fedora Localization
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: medium
Priority: low
Component: l10n-requests
AssignedTo: dimitris(a)glezos.com
ReportedBy: rlandman(a)redhat.com
QAContact: aalam(a)redhat.com
CC: piotrdrag(a)gmail.com, couf(a)skynet.be,
diegobz(a)gmail.com, fedora-trans-list(a)redhat.com
Classification: Fedora
Target Release: ---
Description of problem:
Fedora's current Transifex instance is version 0.5.2. This version lacks a
number of features available in later versions of Transifex that are very
important for the Fedora Documentation Project. Specifically, these include the
ability to handle more than one PO file per language per component and the
ability to recognise the BCP 47 language codes that are part of the XML
specification.
An infrastructure ticket is already open:
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-infrastructure/ticket/1455
but some bugs in Bugzilla now depend on this upgrade, so I'm filing this bug as
a blocker.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.5.2

FLSCo and elections post-release
by Dimitris Glezos
The current FLSCo team has been on board for quite a while now. The
topic of elections has been raised in the past, but not many
nominations have been posted. So the question is:
Do we want to have an election for FLSCo after this release?
One idea is to open up the nomination process, and if more than eg. 6
people get nominated, then we could elect a 5-person FLSCo team.

Re:Website Translation (Noriko Mizumoto)
by Tian Shixiong
Yes, I think so. master-fedoraproject is the one the site uses now.
You may find that from here:

I can't download anything
by Göran Uddeborg
I try to download things from the Swedish Fedora 12 page. But I have
tried several, and they all reply "page not found".
Is there some known issue with the web site right now?

question about fedora-12-user-guide
by Alexey Matveichev
Hello,
I'm not sure that I'm not late but anyway. During translation of
docs-user-guide.f12-tx I found it strange that Thunderbird section is
about version 2.0.x but version of Thunderbird installed in Fedora 12 by
default is 3.0.x. Also section about IM client is devoted to Pidgin but
as far I know default IM client in Fedora 12 is Empathy.
I've downloaded po-file from
https://translate.fedoraproject.org/projects/docs-user-guide/f12-tx/.
Is there something wrong with my algorithm of translation or User Guide
is actually outdated?
