"Reviewed" mark.
Japanese team has a proofreading process in their translation procedure. Once
translation completed, it is proofread and marked as 'reviewed' manually by
other translator. This is time consuming process but ensures translation high
standard quality as well to avoid any mistake. There must be similar process
existed in other teams too.
Please consider to have this feature.

Summary: [Fedora] Display translator's preferred/main languages
first before other languages
Product: Zanata
Version: 3.3
Component: Usability

QA Contact: zanata-qa(a)redhat.com
CC: trans(a)lists.fedoraproject.org, zanata-bugs(a)redhat.com
Description of problem:
Most translators master their mother languages better than others. One project
may have many languages to be translated; however, zanata should display
translators' preferred/main languages first before others to save the time to
search for those preferred/main languages.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Log in as a non-English translator, for example, zh-Hant
1. Enter one project page, for example, fonts-tweak-tool
https://translate.zanata.org/zanata/project/view/fonts-tweak-tool
2. Enter one version page, for example, master
https://translate.zanata.org/zanata/iteration/view/fonts-tweak-tool/master?…
3. Languages showed to be translated
Actual results:
Languages showed to be translated, sorted by Alphabet
==> Afrikans > Albanian > Amharic...
Expected results:
Suggested as below,
Languages showed to be translated, preferred/main languages first, followed by
others which may be later sorted by Alphabet
==> Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan) [translator's main language] ==> Chinese
(Taiwan) [translator's main language] ==> Chinese (Simplified) [translator's
reference language/preferred language] ==> Japanese [translator's reference
language] | Afrikans > Albanian > Amharic...

Hi,
I've started the project, man-pages-l10n to provide the localized man pages based on the consistent source and avoid the outdated translations in man pages, and just finished to set up the infrastructure. so I'd like to call for translators to move toward first release.
There are so many man pages and words to be translated. we'll take so long time to see man pages fully translated. so I think that would be good to set some milestones and for first release, translating the section 1 (and 1p if possible, p means one from posix) may be good enough. I'm planning to make a first release in f22.
You can find PO out at https://translate.zanata.org/zanata/project/view/man-pages-l10n
the naming rule for the versioning at Zanata is, <original man pages version>_<man pages' section>.
so somewhat easier to find out the targeted man pages for milestone.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks in advance,

Hi
I've confirmed with docs team and websites team for all their projects
and the owners to be migrated. The list can be found here [1]. And now
I've started the discussion with FESCO to get support [2]. You can add
your self in the ticket.
Now I've been asked by FESCO when the go/no-go decision is made. There
have been many positive posts to move to zanata, but I like to request
all to make a clear decision to move forward to the production instance
(aka stage1). I've set the end date of Stage0 to 31-Sep (software
translation deadline is 23-Sep). Or let me know if we can decide earlier :)
All, could you please discuss within your team and give your team
decision to this list by this date.
For historical data to be retained, there is only one bug filed for
translator credit [1], and got the answer please see the bug. Another I
can think of is 'reviewed' mark. Chatting with camunoz, those can not be
retained, but there is such feature in Zanata and we can utilize for
future translation.
Any information you need to make a decision, please feel free to ask or
file a bug.

I think this is a good idea in General for the integration of Zanata with other
systems. We need to figure out which events need to be notified via webhooks
(we could start with a very granular one similar to the one Transifex offers).
As for making it available before the proposed go-live for the Zanata Fedora
instance, I don't want to commit to it before properly estimating it with the
team. I am happy to raise the priority of this RFE (in JIRA) so we can take it
into consideration for one of our upcoming sprints.
