Hello, http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/translations/ contains a link to "All open translation bugs", which now does show something useful, thanks to Bart Martens and Sarah.
While some of the bugs are language-neutral or multi-language, there are bug reports for at least the following languages:
Dutch (107948) Estonian (114821) French (85758, 85807, 85809, 85811, 111581, 112348, 113243, 115856) German (63837, 99548, 100458, 103833) Italian (57528) Japanese (109800, 118119) Polish (82177)
The list above is may not be complete. Some of the bugs require fixes outside the Red Hat CVS.

Thanks for doing all this work and notifying us. I've added a comment that it is fixed and the bug can be closed.

OK, then what I should do in the situation like that? When a bug require fixes outside the Red Hat i18n CVS repo. Do we have to keep the bug in the Red Hat bugzilla? It's quite important for me for the future.
Polish (82177)
I've made a small investigation connected to that 82177 bug and it's about the pl_PL version of the manual for useradd. I've tried it and there is still no description for that -n option. I will try to contact with the polish manuals translation group I will look what I can do.
Cheers, Pawel

As you can see in shadow-utils package this option (-n) is only specific for red hat, so they (man-pages translators) cannot add this option. And many more languages does not have this option in man pages.
