Hello,
The characters are traditional chinese, but the text itself is
gibberish. for example : "1996鰍 7杉 15析" should be "1996年 7月 15号".
I think there must have been a conversion problem from the original
encoding to UTF-8 at one time. The original may have been korean.
Ok, according to change history they've indeed been converted to utf-8
some time in ancient history. Can you check if the originals make any more
sense?
