Are you referring to comps, desktop-backgrounds, and other packages?
Looks like it's not limited to Spanish, I also noticed that.
Hope previous translation can be restored, there is a lot of work put
into that.

There are some untranslated component for F12 [1] and F13 [2] for
the
Spanish language, that I guess it's an error.
For other releases, when activating the next release in Transifex, the
packages that will be present in that release reuse translations from
the last one.
But for F13, some of these packages passed from 100% translated to 0%
(untranslated).
I didn't report it before because I thought Transifex would be updated
and this issue would be probably solved.
But the problem is there since last year.
