I believe that Fedora project translation team formed under Transifex should
have certain procedure for coordinators how to approve/reject an
application, like the one we used to have and lost...
Now each team coordinator controls the members of his team, without
requiring a global group. Having some standard procedure for this
would be ideal. Noriko, do you happen to have one for the Japanese
team, or something in mind we could put on our wiki?
