Try:
dnf mark install dnfdragora
before removing dnfdragora-updater, so that the main dnfdragora application
is kept.
Or if you already uninstalled all this stuff, then just:
dnf install dnfdragora
to get it back.
The updater is the part that annoys you, whereas the application in the main
dnfdragora package only comes up if you explicitly run it from the menu.
