Is KDE just an appendage of Fedora -- I think Fesco needs to simply
cancel recognition of KDE in Fedora if that is the case. This limbo is
getting old.

If getting KDE is not part of getting Fedora, then I think we have
bigger problems than just visibility.

1. the problem then must be the requirements
2. what type of user is the Board aiming for? The Ubuntu type?
This entire discussion is getting dated -- either KDE is in Fedora or
isn't. If I need to find a new distro, have the courtesy to let me
know that.
