To even try to justify the derogatory comments and behavior in that bug, to
me, is... disappointing.
We all can do better, I expect better
you miss the fact that from 2011-04-08 until 2011-07-19 there where only
sane and only user-comments, that are 3 months and at least 4 KDE
releases with no response while for anybody it was pretty clear that
this is a 5 minute fix for the person who knows the code
proven also by how fast it got fixed until i really had enough of people
laughing about that error when they are working with me on my office
desk and subscribed to the mailing-list
it also shows that the person responsible for the code don't eat his own
dogfood otherwise he would have noticed the bug at his own and commited
the few lines to fix it without users even need to write a bugreport to
see it ignored over months
