It's the framework for tagging files. I got it, but I'm not too
sure how to test it. At least nepomuksearch:/ isn't crashing
Dolphin now.
It doesn't crash it here, either, but it doesn't find the files that I know
exist (and according to systemsettings nepomuk indexing is definitely active)
