A nice Canada Day/Fête du Canada surprise!
After a bit of fiddling, due to the missing PyKDE4, I got 4.6.90
installed. I will look around. 'needs-restarting' does not report
anything, but I probably should log out and back in to assess its
usability.
I saw the same:
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Package: plasma-scriptengine-python-4.6.90-2.fc15.x86_64 (kde-unstable)

And this as well:

I suppose that this is unrelated with kde update but it is associated with
digikam update.
