So for any users that are bugged with strange behavior, I'd suggest to
report your bugs to KDE bugzilla and switch to X11 until the next
iteraiton.
I would also add that if you feel that such behaviour violates one of these
criteria [1], [2], [3], please propose a Blocker Bug for Fedora 35 [4] and
if
accepted, it will have to be fixed before the next release.
