I think I'm of a mind to removing optional nepomuk-related deps
kde-4.13.x lands, since
* baloo migrates old nepomuk data
I think that only tags are migrated (?), files and PIM data are reindexed from
scratch, but that does not matter given how fast and effective Baloo is.
* nepomukserver no longer runs, so the related features don't
