I followed this advice, and gave a score of -110 to a serious offender.
I assumed this would remove his ramblings from my view,
but I still see his posts, showing the score of -110.
What further step do I have to take?
If you look at section 2.4 on that page it shows how to create a "kill file"
and turning the kill file on. In the past I have used this to great effect.
