I wouldn't go pointing fingers, we're all responsible to some degree.
Patrick's premise is right though, it *is* hard.
In fairness, too, if they hadn't included the virtuoso update there would have
been plenty of people to scream 'they had the update and knew it was important
- why didn't they ship it?' Damned if you do and damned if you don't.
