I've seen this remark before, but never understood what it means.
If I say "kmail NAMESPACE" I get the unintelligible (to me) response

If I just give the command "NAMESPACE" I'm told it is not knows.
"kmail --help" does not mention NAMESPACE at all.
NAMESPACE is an IMAP4 command, not a kmail command.
