The release notes also say that working copies need to be manually upgraded with a conversion command.

well this is only one line "svn upgrade"

I also think this change might also require changes in various SVN GUI frontends, not just kdesvn

sorry for that noise - after a completly logout "kdesvn" does display all context-menus as before, so it seems it does know about 1.7 but was caching something
