Hallo
I have some troubles with my ipod in FC10 and kde. I can mount and
fill music et cetera without a problem, but if I try to savely remove
it, either right mousebutton in dolphin, or via the plasma device
manager applet, the ipod is dismounted, but not ejected. I see the "do
not disconnect" message all the time.
If I hit the eject command on the comand line the proper "OK to
disconnect" message is shown. Is this a bug or am I missing some
fundamental settings.
`tail -f /var/log/messages` during the "ejection" and see what
messages hald give. I don't own an Ipod myself, so I have no idea what
to expect.
