I see it under "Common Appearance and Behavior" group -> File Associations

(or just type "assocation" into the search box in the upper right to highlight it).

I've just checked it and it's there. Seems I need much bigger lenses for my glasses. Odd I've tried all options last time one by one and it was not there...
