pretty much a FAQ.
dnf and PackageKit maintain separate cache for repo metadata, and these can
often be out of sync with each other.
One thing that can help keep PK in sync with dnf, is to manually run:
(or 'pkcon refresh force'
after any operation where you use dnf (or dnfdragora)
Well, OK, but what I don't get is why when I have
4.19.15-300 any one of those would want to install a lower kernel of kernel-4.19.14?

Getting updates [=========================]
No packages require updating to newer versions.
But dnfdragora is wanting to install kernel-4.19.14?
Don't dnf and dnfdragora use the same cache?
Right: I dislike the default color scheme Wrong: What idiot picked the default color
