as far as i can say running really smooth on F16 x86_64 thank you!
BTW: the bug in folderview that create a new file from contextmenu get a.desktop if you change the name seems also to be gone

In my case this update fixed a problem I was having with the latest updates where the panel "task Manager" would not show the applications open, it would show only some under some circumstances (never got the real pattern for this).
