In order to be accepted by the project, your graphics should be released
under a Free license, we use the most CC-BY-SA or CC-BY, so they can't
be really stolen if you shared them freely :p
On a technical side, it does not matter where an image is posted: Fedora
servers, photobucket, deviantart, flickr... if the file is online,
anybody can download and use it.
A convenient place to post content is
fedorapeople.org, which you can
use *after* signing into FAS

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/user/new), but is also OK to
spread Fedora love on various artistic communities/networks (deviantART,
Flickr etc.)
