New Team meeting time -
by Máirín Duffy
Hi Everyone,
Sorry I've been a bit delayed in picking this out.
The time that the most people could make was the following:
TUESDAYS
10:00 / 10 AM Vancouver
13:00 / 1 PM U.S. East Coast
19:00 / 7 PM Czech Republic
I am going to propose that we set this as the new official meeting time
and we start meeting next Tuesday.
(I'd suggest this Tuesday, except, it's the monthly open source design
call, see
http://opensourcedesign.net/events/open-source-design-monthly-online-meet...)
Does this sound ok with everyone?
Cheers,
~m

Mindshare elections - appointment of Web and Design's representative
by Robert Mayr
Hi all,
as usual we have upcoming elections, but we won't have FAmSCo elections
this time.
Instead we will have elections for the new Fedora Mindshare Committee [1],
which is not only for ambassadors but also for other outreach teams like
Web and Design.
Mindshare has appointed and elected seats, similar to the Council, and Web
and Design will share one seat.
Each outreach team will make its own process to choose the representatives,
but we need them by the end of the election period.
Please keep in mind that the new Mindshare Committee needs to define many
processes in the first months, that means having experienced
representatives within Mindshare will be helpful to have success.
Once you have appointed your representative, please open an issue in the
Mindshare pagure [2] where you communicate who will be in charge for Web
and Design.
For any questions or doubts please reply to this topic.
Thank you.

Updating Badge Rules
by Brian Exelbierd
Hi,
I am working on some updates for rules for badges to get them moved from
trac to pagure. Can someone point me at the documentation for the
process to actually get the changes merged and put in place.
For example, which of the two repos that appear to contain the badges
rules should I file the PR against? What do I need to do to ensure the
new rule is deployed? What is the recommended testing methodology?
Thanks,
bex

Hi bex,
This isnt really the right list. The infrastructure team maintains the side of badges you're asking about.
Ahh. Is this a correct undertanding?
fedora-badges deals with badge proposals - mailing list: design-team@
design creates badge imagery - mailing list: design-team@
infrastructure implements rules and puts them in products - mailing list: infrastructure@

Supplemental Wallpapers
by charles profitt
Hello all:
I noticed that there has not been a call for supplemental wallpapers
for F27. I did not know if this was by design or due to no one being
available to take care of the process.
If it is the latter, I would be willing to take on the process if
someone is able to teach me what is required.

Join us on irc.freenode.net in #fedora-meeting-1 for the Fedora 27
Final Release Readiness Meeting meeting.
The meeting is going to be held on Thursday, Oct 26, 2017 at 19:00

We will meet to make sure we are coordinated and ready for the Final
release of Fedora 27. Please note that this meeting is going to be
held even if the release is delayed at the Go/No-Go meeting on the
same day two hours earlier.
You may received this message several times, but it is by purpose to
open this meeting to the teams and to raise awareness, so hopefully
more team representatives will come to this meeting. This meeting
works best when we have representatives from all of the teams.
