There is supposed to be a F13 Alpha banner, a few of which were
created here:

I'll see about getting one installed now. If it's the wrong one, we
can fix it later, but I don't think anyone's particularly concerned
about which is used.
The websites team beat me to it. If you forcibly reload the page (or
clear cache, etc.) you should see it.
