Then this issue should be addressed to both FAmSCo and Infra (or maybe
Docs).
My idea would be that no user (meaning as non-contributor) should not be
able to edit the wiki page. If needed, he/she should contact an contributor
(preferably an Ambassador) to edit the wiki with the information he/she
needed. In this sense, the contributor (preferably an Ambassador) will have
the accountability of publishing content on the wiki.
