Re: [Ambassadors] CD / DVD stickers needed
by Vali Cobelea
Hi,
Thank you for this info, I'm planning several short presentations about
Fedora Project at the University of Galati, Romania, and I did not know from
where / how to get Fedora 11 CDs / DVDs.

Drupalistas: Call for participation on Fedora Insight
by Pascal Calarco
Hi Fedora Ambassadors --
Do you have intermediate to advanced Drupal 6 skills, and some time to
apply these to benefit the Fedora community? Would you be interested in
leveraging these to help spread the word about Fedora?
If so, then we have a great opportunity for you!
Fedora Insight[1] is a content portal for aggregated news, views, and
events about the Fedora Project that a multi-faceted team has been
working on over the last while. The vision is to build a rich, dynamic
one-stop place to get the latest news on Fedora. The first content
we're incorporating is Fedora Weekly News[2], and we're in the midst of
themeing the site as well as creating new Views for FWN issues. Come
join us! We meet Thursdays on irc.freenode.net
If you are interested, please join the Fedora logistics list[3], and
introduce yourself to the team! We've also started a new Fedora Project
Drupal group[4] for more recruitment, so join us there too, once it has
been approved by the moderators there! Thanks so much!

Publication related proposal -Fedora APAC Magazine
by Buddhike Kurera
Hello Great Ambassadors,
It is great to write to you all after the APAC meeting.
Publicity is one of the key requirement that any project or activity seeks,
therefore Fedora project also depend on that.
In order to increase the awareness of Fedora activities we, APAC ambassadors
came up with a proposal to publish a
magazine covering all the necessary and interesting info happened during a
release.
This will include release party details, FAD, event details and many that
are related with APAC region. Hope you are familiar with LATMA
magazine, this as same as their magazine. We expect the magazine will make
more publicity on our activities. And later this would be an
archive for events and happenings during a major release period.
Please follow the link and express your suggestions.
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_APAC_Magazine
we welcome all the ideas and feedbacks plus your contribution.
We are looking for a name also so please suggest one.
Designers, editors and many more.
