Hardware for Fedora booths

Hi, you all probably noticed the recent Fedora hardware sweeptakes. I spoke with Spot and he said in the future, he could get some hardware for ambassadors to show Fedora running on it at various events. We discussed this a bit in FAmSCo and we agreed that such hardware could go to regional event boxes, or perhaps to ambassadors who represent Fedora at events the most. If there was something like this in the future what (probably ARM) hardware would you appreciate the most? Jiri

Question regarding leftover media

Hello good people, I have a question please. With many events that involve media, I have noticed that I get some left-over media. They are not many disks individually; about 4 media on F7, 10 on F8, ... you get the drift, right? Now cumulatively, the disks add up to quite a number. What do you do with those? -- Regards, Arthur

volunteers for LinuxCon Europe 2012 in Barcelona

Hi everyone, would anyone be willing to represent Fedora Project and have a Fedora booth at LinuxCon Europe 2012 in Barcelona [1] (the event is held from Nov 5th to 7th)? This goes especially to Spanish ambassadors since the event will be in Spain. The Linux Foundation will give us a free spot for our booth and free passes for people who will staff the booth. LinuxCon is one of the most important Linux events in Europe and I think Fedora should be there. I and Jaroslav Reznik represented Fedora at the last LinuxCon Europe in Prague and our booth was a success. Unfortunately, we were having problems to get a travel budget for the event this year, so we'd be glad if someone else could take it over. [Event] FAD Linux Day Milano

Hi all! The Italian Linux Day[1] is coming on (October 27th). In Milan will take place a big event[2] and we are organizing a FAD with talks, booths and practical sessions about translations and packaging. The FAD will take place on Saturday afternoon at the "Politecnico di Milano"[3]. There will be speeches focused on the Project and, in parallel, two practical sessions about translations and packaging.
