We're going to have 100 "Proud Fedora User" t-shirts at

should have some criteria based on which we can give them away.
One of the ideas was that we'd give it to those who have a FAS account
and get their initial Fedora badge (for attending FOSDEM) and then we
can track if they continued contributing to Fedora.
But I'm open to other ideas.
I like this idea, although I'm worried that long-time proud Fedora
users who _aren't_ getting their first badge might be sad to not
qualify. I guess at that point the line could be: "We made these shirts
as a special way to evangelize to new users. I can see you're also a
proud Fedora user, so you can have one if you want, but it'd be even
better if we can use it to appeal to someone new."
