- cancel meetings if we don't have an agenda by Thursday 2359UTC
+1.
Meetings without a clear agenda should not be happened. It wastes our time.
We have to work hard to make an item in agenda ready. For instance:
- Planning for an event: a big work; meeting is for budget approval
- Propose an idea: a big work; meeting is for discussing it (a bit more)
and also approval.
- etc.
It's right for off-line meetings as well. We need to work really hard to
make goals/agenda ready before the meetings.
However, we also need to make meetings regularly to push ourselves to
focus on work/goals in time periods. If we know this Saturday is time for
a regular meeting, we would try to make agenda ready on time.
They are two faces of an issue. So please make our meetings regularly (it
is bi-weekly in APAC now) and we should make a irregular meeting just in
case of urgent and when we got that meeting agenda ready.
David, are we in one of these cases?
Kind regards,
Tuan
