In fact, fast connection is still a luxury in Tunisia. Due to average
communication infrastructure, an only ADSL 128 kb/sec. costs more or
less $40 per month. It's certainly exciting to try it out during some
months, but that doesn't help one's budget when the minimal salary is
for about $200...
Regarding the signature, it's not "The Sankarshan"'s signature, but
Shaw's quote that I picked from wikiquote :-) To avoid "conflicts", I
switched it to a funny one :-)
