HI guys,
In my opinion wiki is a great tool, but not for maintaining with a bunch
of languages - and I admit that Rafael has right. As I see we have begun
an transition to static pages where this is much easier. Also lang
triggering is automated, and we translators we could do lot more work
and advancing if we use one tool instead of many. So replacing many
tools to one tool could result much higher quality, and easier to
maintain through transifex (where you could also have online direct
translation). As far as I know wiki pages are convertible to static
pages, and I could imagine an styled pages (as Mairin has did it with
Fedoracommunity.org) - and with that could fit to our new design, image
and outfit. So I would like to see more pages integrated, an maintained
through TX.
Ps: Btw, is it possible to get an 'fedora site kit', web page elements
for community or fan pages? Maybe this could be the third design ninja
bounty....
+1
Actually, Rafael idea is very good and we need an infrastructure that
enables the translation much as possible of
fedoraproject.org for other
languages in a simple way (preferably by Transifex because it's a tool
used by translators).
