Sorry guys, but there is no way I can make it to LinuxTag this year. There is no more money in the Fedora budget for me to fly anywhere, and the airline where I have all of my mileage doesn't fly to Berlin (or anywhere nearby). Don't have the $$$ to pay it out of pocket.
Max and Mike will be there, you don't need me anyways. :)

btw, is there any approximate idea, how much it cost to stay in Brussels for linuxtag? obviously excluding shopping :-p

It'd probably cost you a few hours a day to get from Brussels to the Berlin Expo Center, and a few hours to get back.

The price for the accommodation is more or less clear, I think. Berlin has a well organized system of public transportation. Maybe it's possible to reach the "Funkturm" on foot, no tickets. The price for a one-way ticket is 2.1 euros (short distance 1.4 euro). To the airport it's maybe more...
For food and breverage you can take the lists from the hotel as reference.

But I guess, there are several possibilities to eat and drink cheaper.

Fabian
