You don't actually need to ask for a meeting :). (None of us need to
sign off on a meeting.)
All one needs to do is set up a wiki page and send a reminder to the
list.
Since we decided to only do meetings when required, no one's sent out
the reminders. I've simply been assuming that no meetings are required,
and therefore, none are held.
In the future, if you need a meeting to discuss your events and tickets:
1. set the keyword of the trac ticket to "meeting"
2. set up a wiki page for the meeting
3. send out a reminder so that people know a meeting is to be held
Even if you can't set up a wiki page, at least do points 1 and 3. It's
quite difficult to keep track of all trac tickets and no one is going to
assume a meeting is being held and turn up.
