Dear Joerg,
And there is nothing that put FAmSCo in a form of inner circle or
whatever you always talking about, transparence is something we strive
and also have improved during the last FAmSCo period - just read our
monthly Reports, where we show our work - or see our struggle in opening
the famsco-trac instance or that we opened the FAmSCo ML archives? Do
you know about the Ambassadors/FAmSCo processes well enough to claim
such things?
Of course FAmSCo is very transparent, only the process of becoming a
mentor is not imho.
Once again the FAmSCo list archives are open - the FAmSCo meetings
are
as well - and as already pointed out - a lot opportunities to bring your
points to the table - do you read the links i posted - where have you
been - during our stuggle to do the right thing with
membership/mentoring management - to put this in question now that we
established it and shaped it up?
I stepped in later, sorry for that, and the question about the
criteria of becoming a mentor has not been raised by me. I just want
to make sure that it's always possible to re-think a process.
