Fair enough.
+1 too.

I would be more comfortable if there was an element of technical discussions
including quick hacks, doc sprints, 101-type talks to get newbies on board.
With the presence of Ambassadors from the region (even if one per city/country)
the opportunity for the local enthusiasts to meet and network should not be
wasted.
Each FAD must have some primary goals and should have some secondary ones.
It's nice if we can do some more things beside the primary goals. However, in my
experience, 2-day is too short to complete too many goals. That's why I proposed
we should focus on some main goals:
* Summarize events, activities (may also swags, media, etc.) during current FY.
* Make budget plan based on a prepared events/activities list (swags, media too)
* Discuss about how to improve Ambassadors work in the region
Last year in PP, we need 1.5 days to complete these main goals.
If we have more time, we can do more work as you suggested below:
So, here's what I would like to propose for the two days:
a) Launch/Release of Fedora 23
b) Special interest topics around F23/Cloud/Atomic etc
c) barcamp topics
d) Budget planning sign offs; resolution of critical outstanding issues
e) Planning for FUDcon 2016 (and 2017)
f) Social
Does this make sense?
We can do some of those in the afternoon of day two.
