I didn't see a link to the wiki page here or elsewhere in the thread so:

If you are interested please add your name to the list so we can move
forward.

Dear my Ambassador fellows,

FYI. This should be an interesting meeting, especially, it would be
held just before FUDCon APAC KL 2012.
The meeting time [1] is around the midnight between Thu-Fri. We can
group up there to attend the meeting with other friends all over the
world.

Subject: Fedora 17 FINAL Go/No-Go Meeting, Thursday, May 17, @13:00 Eastern
Please join us on irc.freenode.net in #fedora-meeting-1 for this
important meeting, wherein we shall determine the shipment readiness of
F17 Final.
Thursday, May 17, 2012 @ 17:00 UTC (13:00 EDT/10:00 PDT)
"Before each public release Development, QA and Release Engineering meet
to determine if the release criteria are met for a particular release.
This meeting is called the Go/No-Go Meeting."
"Verifying that the Release criteria are met is the responsibility of
the QA Team."
For more details about this meeting see:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Go_No_Go_Meeting
Note that we have historically had Go/No-go on Wednesdays, and Tuesdays
for Final; we have been pushing the final call consistently to
Thursdays, and thus (by popular demand) we are going to attempt having
the meeting on Thursday itself, rather than dragging it out. The
release readiness meeting will still follow this meeting, on Thursday.

Default media size
by Jaroslav Reznik
Hi,
as you probably know, there's a huge thread on fedora-devel
regarding default media size [1] because of MiniDebugInfo and
FESCo is looking what are the consequences of breaking current
limit.
I think the Ambassadors are stake holders here as it can influence
the ability to distribute Fedora, also we're closest to our users.
For EMEA there's only one limitation - we should be able fit all
four spins in 32/64 bit versions to Multi Desktop Live DVD.
Christoph mentioned he's willing to sacrifice Sugar offering.
What about other regions? Is the CD size the must? Or we can break it?
Talking about production costs of medias, users able to use different
methods to install Fedora etc., enough size flash drive availability/
affordability... Any thoughts?

[Urgent] FAmSCo nomination period closes tomorrow
by Christoph Wickert
Hi,
FAmSCo nomination period closes tomorrow and we don't have enough
candidates. We have 5 but need 4 more (7 seats + 25% = 9 candidates).
If you would like to run for FAmSCo, please nominate yourself NOW by
entering your information at
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FAmSCo_election_2012_F18_nominations
I'd like to encourage all active ambassadors to think about running for
FAmSCo, especially the regional leaders and people who are not only
ambassadors but active in other groups in Fedora.
You may wonder: "Why should I join FAmSCo?" For 2 reasons:
* If you are happy how FAmSCo works: Great, join us and have let's
have a good time!
* If you are unhappy about FAmSCo: That's bad, but it's on YOU to
change it.
Please help us building the best FAmSCo ever. The first step is to have
the best candidates ever.
Thanks,
Christoph

Fedora Release counter
by Kévin Raymond
Hi everyone,
We have updated our release counter script, adding a width parameter.
If you feel that the current banner is too wide for your website, or
if you wish to resize it for your mobile them, you could now!
This simply add a CSS width parameter, resizing the png picture on
your browser. Quality loss. In any case,
More at http://fedoraproject.org/counter
(Wow, only 9 days… We are far to be ready… Robyn!)
Regards,
