Yes connect() would return ECONNREFUSED, but how should we know if it is expected that
nobody is listening.
Alternatively, sssd could remove the socket file on shutdown, but
that conflicts with the socket activation, right?
It might be better to let the monitor do the cleanup during startup before starting the
other services to avoid issues with unclean shutdown. But either way I agree that this
might conflict with socket activation.
