Not exactly. There is the /etc/mock/site-defaults.cfg also. I didn't want CI

to rely too much on the knowledge of nuances of mock configuration, so
I just
copied everything. It doesn't take any noticeable time or space and is
somewhat more reliable against future changes of mock configuration structure.
IMO, using default config will be simplification, but I will not insist.
