What's the problem of leaving the source code under src/ ?
I suppose there's no real need to move them up. I just did it in
conjunction with redesigning the Makefile/autoconf setup. Since we were
no longer building the common library, we didn't need to have a nested
autoconfig layout. Since I was moving the Makefile up a level, I figured
I'd do the same for the sources.
If you feel it's unnecessary, please nack the patch and I'll fix it up.
