Title: #5370: nss: Use posix_fallocate() to alloc memcache file

Hm...
Some tests failed **twice** on fedora-rawhide:
```
FAILED test_memory_cache.py::test_invalidate_user_before_stop - Failed: DID N...
FAILED test_memory_cache.py::test_invalidate_users_before_stop - Failed: DID ...
FAILED test_memory_cache.py::test_invalidate_group_before_stop - Failed: DID ...
FAILED test_memory_cache.py::test_invalidate_groups_before_stop - Failed: DID...
FAILED test_memory_cache.py::test_invalidate_everything_before_stop - Failed:...
```
May be a coincidence (i.e. not due to this patch) but needs to be checked.
Those tests always fail on rawhide (on-demand run for example:
https://sssd-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com/job/sssd-ci-on-deman...)
but doesn't fail on my laptop or other CI targets...
So far I wasn't able to run integration tests in my local rawhide VM.
