Thanks for update.
I have cloned ding-lib.
Yes package has ini directory having ini_ functions.
*But still ini**_rule**s_check() function i**s not found*
# make install
Installs libini_config.so & others.
But cannot see libsss_util.so getting installed.

Functions with ini_ prefix are from ding-libs (libini part
to be more precise).
