FYI, --skip-broken "works", but that's more avoiding the problem than
curing it.
I think you probably wanted to send this to the freeipa-devel mailing
list, but it looks like the problem is that ipa-server requires a newer
version of pki-silent than you have available in your updates repositories.
According to Bodhi, version 1.3.4 was pushed to Fedora 12 stable on
August 6th, so the problem must be client side. Try doing a 'yum clean
metadata' or 'yum clean all' and try again.
