Merging some fixes from the wiki; tried not to make unneccesary fuzziness.
* Some changes in the wiki were not correct, so were ignored
* Included re-ordering the new Indic collation list; I decided to do this change because it would be too ironic for the list to be out of alpha order but be about a list of languages that can sort correctly in to alpha order.
