It is the target audience for Fedora Workstation, which is a subset of
Fedora overall — but also one of our current big, main areas of focus.
I merely meant that's an "if" because although developers are (since the
inception of Workstation) our primarily targeted audience, that doesn't
magically make all our users developers. Most users will be those that have
used Fedora for years. Can we say with any confidence what their technical
competencies are?
It's good there are plans afoot to survey our users, we may be surprised at
how many aren't developers.
