Yeah, all it's doing is just frobbing the state of sshd.service.
The sshd config _can_ restrict access to specific users (something I
personally do as a matter of habit after I once got a machine pwned
when I set up a test account with a weak password without thinking
things through). But getting the GNOME sharing config panel into the
business of mucking with the ssh config seems... dubious.
