You can increase the DPI of the screen in "Universal Access" ->
"Larger
text".
I think it's been pointed out before that this isn't a very discoverable
place for it to be, if you're coming from the perspective of 'my screen
has a high pixel density' rather than 'my eyesight isn't what it used to
be'.
