Unquestionably and I'm surprised it's not the default. And if it were,
it probably would expose more problems.
I think it makes a lot more sense to make battery mode automatic
suspend the default in Fedora 28, such as it is. And either delay
plugged-in mode automatic suspend for Fedora 29, or at the least make
it longer than 20 minutes.
