These all look to be test glitches of one kind of another, all
restarted.
In fact I was slightly wrong: desktop_update_graphical appears to be a
real bug caused by an incorrect change to fwupd. Details in
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-350a369113 and
https://github.com/fwupd/fwupd/pull/1313 (the offending upstream
change).
